Gary St.Clair brings to Alain Pinel, a wealth of Real Estate experience. He began purchasing investment properties in the late 1970´s in the San Jose and Fresno areas, specializing in distressed and foreclosed properties. He received his Real Estate License in 1987 and since, has represented Sellers and Buyers on the sale and purchase of well over $200 Million Dollars in real estate value. In the 1980´s, Gary became a California Licensed Tax Preparer so that he could assist his clients in the important relationship that owning real estate plays in both Federal and State Taxes.

With all of the experience that Gary has in the Real Estate Field, it is his unique personal service and attention to detail that sets him apart. Many of his clients are referrals from satisfied clients. As well, he receives a lot of repeat business from those same satisfied clients.

Gary grew up in Milpitas,CA and has been a resident of Silicon Valley since 1958. He and his wife of 30 years, Beverly, have two grown children,Kristen & Daniel. A big Soccer Fan, Gary played for the San Jose Earthquakes and was a member of the United States Olympic Soccer Team in 1976.

Gary has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from San Jose State University, and a Masters Degree in Health, Physical Education & Recreation from St.Mary´s College.
